(“we” or “our” or “us”).  This privacy policy describes the types of personal information we collect from our Site or that you provide to us through other means, how we may use that information, to whom and under what circumstances we may disclose it, and how we protect it.  We value your privacy and make this policy easily available throughout our site to assist you in understanding the handling of information in the course of using this Site.  By using this Site or voluntarily providing personal information to us, you consent to the terms of this Privacy Policy.  If you do not agree to the policy, please do not use the Site.

1.  Collection of Personal Information from Site Users 

Information You Give to Us

We may collect any information, such as your first and last name, email address, mailing address, telephone number, geolocation and other information that you provide when you interact with us.  Some examples are when you:

Therefore, as is the case with any organization – we are not in a position to guarantee the absolute security of your information.  In this regard, we urge you to take every precaution to protect your personal data while you are on the Internet. 9.  Social Media

We maintain a social media presence, such as a Facebook page, an Instagram page and a Twitter feed. You can interact with us through social media, such as by entering our contests, posting content, sharing material from our Site, and using our social media plug-ins. When you interact with us using social media, we may receive information such as your user ID, your profile picture, photos you post, and similar information, which is often determined by your privacy settings at social media sites. 10. Children’s Privacy

Under Age 13

Our Site is not specifically directed toward children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from persons under the age of 13 on our Site without verifiable parental consent. Under Age 18

Minors under 18 years of age may have the Personal Information that they provide to us through the Site deleted by sending an email to info@epoxy.ai requesting deletion.  Please note that, while we make reasonable efforts to comply with such requests, deletion of your personal information does not ensure complete and comprehensive removal of that data from all systems.

11.  Do Not Track

Do Not Track (DNT) is a privacy preference that users can set in some web browsers, allowing users to opt out of tracking by websites and online services. At the present time, the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) has not yet established universal standards for recognizable DNT signals and therefore, Back on My Feet and the Site do not recognize DNT.

12.  Your California Privacy Rights

California residents who provide personal information in obtaining products or services for personal, family, or household use are entitled to request and obtain from us once a calendar year information about the customer information we shared with third parties for their own direct marketing purposes, including the categories of information and the names and addresses of those businesses with which we have shared such information.  As discussed elsewhere in this Privacy Policy, we do not currently share the personal information of California residents with third parties for their own direct marketing purposes.  However, if you have further questions about our privacy practices and compliance with California law, please contact us as explained below.
